UK Coordinator Development in Action Work from home
This is an exciting opportunity for someone keen to work in the field of global youth work/development education and the voluntary sector. It is most relevant to somebody interested in seeking a diverse, challenging and rewarding experience in a youth-for-youth organisation.
The role of UK Coordinator is pivotal to the success of Development in Action, and involves the day-to-day coordination, administration and representation of Development in Action. The post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the overseas volunteer placement scheme, as well as a UK-based volunteer programme and development education work. The role includes management and support of volunteers, and one other member of part-time staff.
The successful candidate will be flexible, able to use their own initiative and be dedicated to the ethos of Development in Action as a small development education NGO.
